Stuffed Fried Catfish

Ingredients

1 Half of an Onion

3 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)

16 Oz Of Baby Spinach

8 oz of Cream Cheese

Old Bay To TASTE

1 Tablespoon of both Garlic & Onion Powder

2 Teaspoons of White Pepper

2 Teaspoons of Smoked Paprika

1 Cup of Lump Crab Meat

1 Tablespoon of Mustard to Both sides of the catfish, and season to TASTE with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika and White Pepper
